40mm wastegate, diecast base, sealed shaft and high temp resistant diaphram. v-band inlet and outlet. Supports up to 750hp applications.
- Inlet and outlet with V band clamps.
- Comes with a 8 psi spring.
- Complete with flanges, clamps, gaskets and piston seat.
8 psi spring is pre-installed.
Available colour: blue only.
External wastegate is commonly used for regulating boost levels more precisely than internal wastegate in high power applications.
Wastegate vents excess boost into the atmosphere creating that great external wastegate sound all the drift and drag cars have.
We also stock a range of vband wastegates such as 45mm wastegate with 10 psi spring and 50mm wastegate with 7psi outer spring + 10 psi middle spring.
